چکیده
The prescription book has been found in the former Black Eagle Pharmacy in Kolín. The Kolín Prescription Book has formed an extra addendum part of the Prague Pharmaceutical Rate-Book from 1737 and it is a part of a publication of mineralogical and metallurgical nature. Those publications are incomplete and damaged. The manuscript contains 531 prescriptions. For the first time the manuscript was described by Doc. RNDr. PhMr. Jaroslav Hladík (1903-1975). He published his text in The South Bohemian Collection of contributions of history of pharmacy (Jihočeský sborník příspěvků k dějinám farmacie) in 1980. .
